bench press
incline bench press
rows
pullups
etc.

just work the big muscles hard and focus on compound movemnets

You don’t need to train chest twice a week once is enough as it’s by far the slowest recovering muscle group

Monday: 2g of tren a
Tuesday: 0.5g of anavar
Wednesday: 1g of masteron
Thursday: 3g or test e
Friday: 500mg of winstrol
Saturday: 1g of superdrol
Sunday: rest day(take 600mg of dianabol for active recovery)

And also do some push ups and shit

just do upper lower
or push pull legs
4-6 exercises each day
skip legs if u want.
3x5-8 on compounds
3x8-12 on isolations and rows/pulldowns.

You still need to acquire muscle mass for all of that to look aesthetic or maybe be really skinny but that would require effort too in most cases.
