I need to improve, I'll do anything, even bonemashing. (Judge me all you want, I just want to be better.)

Well, I've lost 30kg in the last 9 months, I'm slimming down little by little, but my appearance doesn't seem to be improving. I want something that will give me results, even if it's painful.

Good fucking job losing weight. Ig go thru the botb section on here and start roids or peptides. hardmaxxing would save u ngl.

I don't want to have surgery
roids , peptides , diet , mewing , face pulling , orthotropic devices , don’t try bonesmashing it’s retarded , raw milk , raw dairy , get loads of sunlight , the sun is kind of a natural anabolic.

I have a question. Do you think aging will bring me any benefits? I'm currently 16 years old, I recently turned 16. I was thinking about using a palatal expander, but it's very expensive, but I'll manage somehow. I want to know if it will bring me any benefit.

Dont listen to this idiot, the sun is the biggest looksmin you can find. Its literally responsible for up 80-90% of photoageing, literally agepill speedrun, its not anabolic in any way

Raw meat or raw anything for that matter is also the biggest cope known to man, littrally 0 benefit

The sun only causes damage to skin on a low cholesterol diet , that’s why your ancestors had minimal sun damage prob also obv apply sunscreen. Raw meat is kinda cope I agree.

You gotta just be parotting some shit because 1 theres no evidence of this 2 it doesnt make sense in any way, cholesterol has structural and metabolic functions while the way uv damage happen has nothing to do with either, the energy from the rays breaks the bonds in your dna, cholesterol can neither repair this nor prevent

And how can you make the claim that people in the past didnt get skin damage when we started to be able to detect melanoma around 1900s and thats the first real damage we found. You would have absolutely 0 way of confirming it nor even a mechanistic explanation. Skin damage from the sun isnt also exlusive to humans, littrally cats and dogs who are carnivores and eat a lot of cholesterol get melanoma which is the clearest possible evidence of sun damage

I did some research on sunbathing for half an hour, and it can indeed bring benefits, but not every day. Sunbathing for half an hour once or twice a week might be helpful. Let me know if I'm wrong (I'm new to this topic).

If you search up literally anything you can find people saying its good

The benefits the sun does have is mood regulation and circadian rythm, both of these are just from your eyes seeing that its bright outside

You can just supplement vitamin d and nitrates

50spf at all times or ldar

yup, but it is important to note that UVA-UVB isn't ionizing. The way it causes skin cancer is by exciting electrons in oxygen atoms (thats what photons do) and thereby creating ROS (reactive oxygen species). These ROS then go on to damage dna and those sorts of things. This means however, that having a good amount of antioxidants in your diet does decrease the risk of melanoma (not by an insane amount but definitely worth mentioning). I can link studies of you want me to
