i need to learn a programming languang

i can do 3d modeling vfx sfx game ui i can draw faces/textures and do basically everything in game dev but the only thing im missing is programming languang and i have tried countless of times but it just doesnt click what could i do to learn ts maybe som pills for brain stuff n such idk tho not to educated on this anything helps
