I need to practice my cold approach on LTBs

I've been trying to cold n warm approach MTBs - HTBs and I get nervous when I do it.

I also don't know what to say a lot of the time so I just resort to asking for the name after getting their name which makes me come of as ND

I want to use ltbs to practice since I don't care about them rejecting me
