Quitting social media was one of the better choices I've made this year. I've still got my accounts, but I deleted the apps.

I don't use them anymore. If I really need to check something, I'd log in via browser (which sucks more to use, but that's the point).

I noticed my attention span was genuinely <5 sec, and that I habitually started skimming everything I read instead of truly reading in full.
