i need to quit smoking

there are so many reasons but mainly its because my high is not the same anywhere, i used to only socially smoke and its way better and heathier that way. my first few times being high i felt more confident than i was sober, but nowadays im far more self conscious and my anxiety is worse. i need a t break obviously and i might just quit
