I haven't slept a good night's sleep for a week now. I need to sleep good for my metabolism. I need to sleep good for my body to function properly. I've tried closing my eyes and laying there for hours but no luck. What do I do?

put on rain noises in the back , changed my life

set circadian rhythm in the morning by going outside, take melatonin, magnesium, l-theanine at night

if you're more desperate, take an antipsychotic like seroquel or a benzo, but just to set your circadian rhythm for once, then try to keep it up with the methods above
