My arms for some reason gain and lose mass so fucking quickly. It doesn't help that my bideltoid is only 18 inches. Fuaarrrk I can't even fill into shirts, summer's gonna be suifuel

I got a set of adjustable weights today. I'm gonna try to grind on those so I can increase mass and raw strength on top of my current routine (thanks to which I can have good endurance/stamina and decent leanness)

My legs are top tier and my chest is pretty good. I'm not the leanest rn but I can have washboards when I am. Even my forearms are good, man. It's just those delts and ceps...

Okay maybe my legs aren't top tier, but they're pretty good for only doing stuff like walking and squatting.

I just do 531 Boring But Big, 4x/week for 40mins each & uses zero brain cells so I can focus on shitposting online instead (y)(y)

I guess it could be, but that still doesn't refute the fact that my shoulders and upper arms still don't have enough mass yet

I need to seriously train upper body as well. My shoulders are so narrow. Actually, my upper body is so much stronger than my lower it’s crazy but lower doesn’t matter for looks. I can squat roughly the same as I can bench, and I can do 15 pull ups consecutively but my legs are weak as fuck I can’t wall sit for 30 seconds.

It's saddening and deeply frustrating knowing that you're decently athletic but no one will believe you or take your athleticism seriously because you're a non-chad, manlet Asian.

You see, I am really strong for my weight. But I’m still just a weakling compared to everyone else due to being a Manlet framelet. I’m planning to cut down to below 113 lbs but idk if I can it’s getting hard to lose weight at 120 lbs even tho I eat only once per day. I assumed I could get to 113 lbs since a year ago I was 117 lbs and higher body fat than I am currently. I probably will try to increase my pull ups since it’s already something I’m good at I will try to get to 30 consecutively.

I also feel like I'm weaker compared to everyone else due to manletism, frameletism, and my upper body. I can mainly attribute winning armwrestles against others (including those who lift) to my grip strength, which in practice can only do me so much as hold the opponent out, leading to stalemate. But obviously the mass up top is what is important for gaining the advantage.

I'd say I'm a decent runner tbh. Gotten over 100 on the PACER (Cooper) Test, and my fastest mile was around 6 and a half minutes. So I can continue doing that. I need to get lean (which I'll have more time to do over the summer) and isolate my delts, arms, abs, lats, and neck.

I’m also decent at armwrestling for my size. At my school, I beat some bigger kids in armwrestling, yet they could lift and squat way more than me. My arms are good at not getting tired but aren’t so good for fast-twitch. Also my arms are short, even for my manlet height.

Well I wasn’t like super fat but chubby. I was 140 lbs and 5’4. Now I’m 120 lbs and 5’7 and much leaner. So I’m not really sure how good 10 minutes was but I should try again and see my time (I’m assuming it will be significantly shorter)
