my fingers are always hurting and they are starting to swell and getting real ugly but i cant bring myself to stop, do any of u guys know how to help put a stop to this

this is what i used btw, got it at my local pharmacy and tastes like literal shit whenever i was about to bite my nails. Over time you use it less and less, unless you relapse then reuse it
