You can eat carbs every day and still lose body fat. It's all about the deficit and making sure you're including enough healthy foods in your diet.

Water thread for a lot of people, but I just need to say it for myself, mostly.

Benefits of carbs are vast if used intelligently and not in excess.
  • Gives you energy
  • Makes your muscles fuller (you actually look leaner)
  • It aids in recovery and reduces risk of injury
  • Makes you feel more satisfied after a meal
  • Cognitive effects like focus and motivation

Agree with most except this one, this is the only con of carbs, they reduce norepinephrine, cortisol, dopamine and epinephrine alot which is like a natural state of being on adderall. Your body starts producing these when glycogen is depleted to get you in a fight or flight state. I eat all my carbs 3-4 hours before i go to bed

diet is for fudgepackers and spergs, its the stress that kills ya in the end not diabetes and shit

I guess they give you serotonin which makes you relaxed and happy, so that's why I also like to have most of my carbs before bedtime.

yes, carbs make you calm and content, that ideal in the end of the day cause carbs not only greatly reduce epinephrine and noraepinephrine but they also increase orexin which is a neurotransmitter responsible for feeling calm alot.

you got it opposite, anorexic people have very little apetite like me, i force myself to eat chocolate alot cause its easy calories, if i went with instict i would be 65kg twig now

Carbs are utter dogshit. Better get of that. Improves energy too. You are just addicted. After a month you won't need no carbs no more

If you’re already metabolically healthy before cutting carbs then yeah sure. If not, (like most people) you will not lose much weight without cutting out carbs.

600 calories in just 100g. I ate 250g of it yesterday so 1500 calories in total, and 1L of milk, so i ate around 1900 calories :Comfy:
