I found a Chewing Megathread posted by @retard back in 2020. I'll link it at the end of this thread.
Before reading it, I thought it would be water information that everyone on this site knows. As I started reading, he made a claim that chewing can increase forward growth. He also said that chewing with different teeth has different effects:
Decreasing midface length- chew with the incisors
Increasing midface length- chew with back molars
Making cheekbones higherset- chew with first molar to first premolar
Making orbitals more compact- chew with first molar to first premolar and incisors
Maximizing forward growth- chew with the incisors
Weakening sutures for moving the maxilla forward (will give much quicker mewing/facepulling results)- chew with incisors
Remodelling mandible to be more robust- any chewing method will give this change
He said you can combine these methods as long as they don't contradict each other (eg. you can't chew on your back molars and incisors.)
Someone here needs to elaborate and give stronger evidence. He gave a decent enough of evidence in the thread, but I don't know if it's enough to confirm. High IQcels need to enter this thread immediately. Could be HUGE information for me if true.
