here’s how I did it. Watch a fuck ton of videos of someone you think is really charismatic and just copy everything they do every mannerism and just act like them.

I’m also an adhd autist. Its gonna be brutal and you will deal with normies talking down to yiu, but once you get into a normie friend group and get invited to stuff its the best way to live life. You can go out in public with a group feeling normal and you can meet more women easily.
