Also why do verbal skills differ so much, they seem to be genetic, as there are much younger ppl than me talking much better, it cannot be explained by practice

Many factors: extraversion/introversion, high/low openess to experience, etc

In terms of actual verbal skills, some people are more gifted than others linguistically (there are 9 types of intelligence).

But vocabulary can be improved for everyone, through practice (reading, conversing with others and so on). However, depending on your linguistic intelligence , you will be caped at a certain level, while someone else might be able to be a verbal mogger with ease. It is wll genetics mainly, yes.
