Weighing more is the easiest way to look shorter.

When you see someone super tall, their height will especially stand out if they’re super skinny/lanky.

But short people will look even shorter when bulked.

This is why you shouldn’t get super bulked up in the gym if you’re a manlet or anywhere around average height.

I’m 6’4 so I don’t really give a fuck - I’ll keep bulking without caring.

it's not that big of a deal imo. it's true that the more you weigh, the shorter you'll look on photos independently of your height, but irl it doesn't matter, bc obviously you'll look as tall as you are. muscles won't make you look shorter irl.

I think that, for the vast majority of men, as long as you stay natural you won't reach a point of losing SMV the more muscle you build. even if you're super short like 5'3. for young women (18-23yo), muscular but natural with 10-12% body fat is ideal. just don't take roids and don't overthink it

When you bulk most of that weight isn't raw muscle but fat. If you cut after bulking slowly you will still loose the gain's because it was mostly fat and water not raw muscle tissue so you had wasted your time maxing yourself out to a pig to just lose the weight again with barely muscle you kept from bulking.

Being Muscular at 10-12% as a natural for your average male is unlikely possible.

Im a genetic elite with superior natty genes and already look like a trained lifter even though i dont lift.....


your base is usually your good sign of showing how much muscle or your build is going to be...

It's not "only" true if you don't do thing's well. That's how it work's for most male's. No it's not impossible to be muscular and lean you can take steroid's.

natty lifting is either lean and small or Bulk and big
