I legit gained 1kg of fat in the span of like 10 days, I'm at like 18-20% body fat right now.
Compared to my leanest (when I would be stared at in public, and probably could have slayed), I am probably like 2.5kg heavier (pure fat).
In the last 6 months or so, I've binged and fasted in constant cycles (repeated this at least 20 times or so, lost an insane amount of muscle to the point where it's embarrassing to go to the gym).
Each time I would cope and tell myself that I'd stop after one last fast (these were 1-3 day fasts directly after binge eating episodes), but I was really just deceiving myself.
How fucked am I?
