I get on a call with UPS's HORRIFIC customer service, have to wait for at least 20 minutes before getting an english speaking rep, and the rep tells me to contact an email address with my tracking number, email, phone number & tax ID

I do this, and around 3 hours after the email is sent, I get a notification
