Idk where to start.

Alright so 20 minutes ago I experienced sleep paralysis, before I went to sleep I was watching some disturbing Reddit posts until I was literally ready to fall asleep with my phone open, but I was aware of how sleepy I was so I closed my phone and went to sleep.
I usually sleep on my stomach, but I didn’t have much success. Btw when I’m super tired i don’t fall asleep easily sometimes, I hear really loud voices like it’s a dream playing in my head, but I understand that it’s a dream but just can’t make the noises quieter. So that’s that
After a while i get tired of that bullshit and decide to turn to my back , in about 5 seconds it hit. I start to feel a weird sensation like super shaky hands and like someone is pinching them, really loud noises in my head repeatedly and everyone shaking, mind you I had closed eyes while this was happening.
This really got me thinking, am I really experiencing sleep paralysis? It’s happened about 3-4 times for me, every time my eyes are closed and I’m just super relaxed about it not feeling really horrified, and it lasts about 15-20 seconds.
After today’s incident I searched it up and people are claiming to see some black figures? Never happened to me.
Someone explain please, is it just the fact that im relaxed and not scared that makes me not see any figures??

Then why don’t everyone who is scared just close their eyes and wait it out??
Theres 2 types of sleep paralysis
1. Eyes closed no visuals - you hear and feel everything
2. Eyes open - you see figures shadows or faces and other sleep paralysis effects

So Im just lucky every time?
Kinda weird that I’ve never experienced the second one which is probably the scarier

I know how actually.
It happens when you are tired as shit, like eyes closing at their own , when you fall asleep fast it usually occurs.
Every time it’s happened to me I would be tired and fall asleep easily
