My new strategy is to build up channels using compilations because they're so much faster to make meaning it's easier to stay motivated working 8 hours per day on videos. This then builds up the channel fast then you can milk the profits until you run out of ideas then maybe make some commentary videos to try make the audience more familiar with you so you can shill a product then upload the bare minimum to keep the channel ticking over
