I only listen to classical music because it's the only music which appeals to my taste. I can't go back to listening modern/pop or other genres etc. after finding out how poor (sometimes even cringe/degenerate) it is musically (at least in my opinion).

I'm glad my parents introduced me to the piano. Liszt (my favorite)...
Bach, Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Chopin, Schumann, Mendelssohn, Beethoven,

Only Lugansky played the 3rd one perfectly. The rest of the interpretations on YT are too slow imo. The entire set is great.
I'd go on to argue that it's much rich and complex than Chopin's op 10 & 25 due to the dynamics and new style of harmony.

Lugansky's 5th one is the most soul catching interpretation ever.
The poly rhythmic recapitulation of the main theme at the end sounds tragic and touching, it's marvelous.
