I've realised I don't really need bimax.
I just need composite bonding, jaw implants and an chin implant.
A wraparound will be ideal but only american surgeons do then.
I think you might be able to get a chin implant which meets the jaw angle implants in the middle. I will research that when I have the money to get the surgery.
I will get composite bonding first as its the cheapest, quickest(basically zero recovery time), very hard to botch and most socially acceptable. Dental work isn't normally considered plastic surgery.

If you are already getting bimax it isnt hard to turn it into a trimax. You can save alot of money doing two surgeries at the same time.
