I live in south africa and thats how it worked for me, granted a lot of the therapists I had to talk to were pretty stupid liberal women so it was fairly easy

To clarify im not black I just grew up in a relatively white area of south africa as my parents were colonials, would hate to be lopped in the same category as a nigger

tbh in terms of like getting diagnosed and shieet, i remeber when i was like younger i tried to see if i had adhd or smt just got redirected to a therapist cus teh doc thought i was depressive and anxious, thus i got put on ssri's

how tf did they not do the same to u
