yes, legit source the guy sells LED for a living. its for plants maybe why its so cheap. + i live in a country where everything is cheap compared to USA/UK

The issue with it is
For rlt to work max you also need another infrared light source around 850 NM which makes it costly
Thus will also give results but not the maximum
