I ordered some bathenape from StockX and had some troubles

I ordered a long sleeve bathenape shirt from StockX but didn't receive a confirmation email or order number. I reached out to StockX and try to contact customer service but it took forever to get a hold of someone (their customer service sucks). So I called up my bank and asked for them to make a claim for me and they refunded me the money I spent but I just got a email from StockX telling me that they are shipping the shirt. You think I am getting the shirt scotch free?
