I dont eat that much mainly olive oil 80-100g of carbs and 300ishg of veggies 2x a day , and 150g protein chicken breast salmon tuna etc

Yes , its common side effect of semaglutide tho i think its because of it however it shouldnt be normal to go every 5-7days

You should talk with your doctor. Maybe just increase water and fiber intake and walk for 30 minutes a day if you don't do that stuff already
