I put no effort into looking better but did in a few days

Last week i went on vacation for almost a week and barely had any good sleep and healthy food, i looked better than i had in a long time the only thing I suspect couldve done this is being under the sun for a lot longer than usual, always moving around and less stress idk is there a good explenation to this?
