It's the best thing you can do to stay motivated and sane. It sucks to look at Chad's life, social media is just cherry-picking your best moments and upload them but still. It's also so cringey to look at normie's life. Ask yourself, do you really care? Do you need to know what everybody is doing 24/7?

Also the increasing degeneracy present on the internet in 2020, it's too much to rage at. Just quit all social media and let the rage go. I feel 10x better not knowing about it. Society is shit but at least you don't have to witness it on your phone when you're at home etc. Your alone time should be spent planning and reflecting over your life or relaxing, not looking at degeneracy and rage at shit you can't change.

I deleted my instagram, twitter, snapchat and my facebook. It's like a weight was lifted of my shoulders.
