I was on a better diet than ever before, avoiding endocrine disrupters as much as possible, doing skincare and tretinoin, and i randomly started getting cystic acne all over my face. Any ideas why? I genuinely want to rip my skin off rn. Im not taking accutane.

Before: mild whiteheads
After: severe cystic acne all over my face.
(I have been using tret for a long time)
So it's on your cheeks, forehead, etc.?
Stress, other medications, hormonal fluctuations (maybe get bloodwork done), or some other underlying health condition, possibly some sort of endocrine disorder.
Get bloodwork done and consult a GP then see what they say, they might refer you to a specialist.

Wait for cell turnover. How long has this been happening for and when did you change diet + skincare. I find that for the first two weeks of a new skincare product I break out slightly and then its back to normal.

If you recently started tretinoin then it's because you're purging. This is normal for tretinoin/isotretinoin alike.

Do you have a photo of before/after? Just a close up of where the acne wasn't/is.

Still in puberty i dont wanna stunt
IIRC stunted growth has only been shown when taking high doses over a long period of time, you'd most likely be safe on a low/moderate dosage.

Yeah, not wrong.
How old are you now?
If you're concerned, you could check your bone age and see if your growth plates in your wrist have sealed as an indicator for your final height.
Then you could weigh up whether it's worth the risk.
