here is why, if humanity gets destroyed all the buildup like internet and pcs ai etc were futile, it wouldnt have happened if the endscenario would be destruction of humanity, humans and machines will only get smarter until infinity.
but here is the kicker, i could be wrong, and humanities days might indeed be numbered
i can just say what will definitely happen: humanity will get smarter. thats a fact. and this might lead to singularity or destruction of humanity, but humans and AI will get smarter, because it has historically been the case always.
humans were smarter in 1900 than in 1800
smarter in 2000 than in 1900
etc
