I've tried it for a week or 2. Yeah its pretty damn good at turning you numb and removing your anxiety.

But the withdrawal effects are fucking awful. I'm only taking a weak 0.25 mg and when I don't take it, my entire mind becomes suicidal with no life whatsoever. My vision starts turning grey and I start sweating a lot. My entire soul shuts off.

Imagine if you've been taking it for months and take 2mg daily. You wish your withdrawal is as easy as mine. You will probably be getting seizures and basically unable to live without your next dosage. Thats how serious Xanax withdrawal is. In that case you probably will need to go to a specialist to help you get off Xanax coz doing it yourself will make you go cold turkey and you will probably die.

So yeah. Its pretty much chemo tier. Unless you have absolutely no choice, I recommend avoiding Xanax unless absolutely necessary. Its probably gonna take me a month before my body gets this shit fully outta my system.

Pretty much. It feels like you don't have your soul anymore.

You can die from Xanax withdrawal it’s one of the few ones that can actually kill you

I’ve had multiple friends need their stomachs pumped from it

I'm geeked out af, OP, and am motivated enough to write a guide for any aspiring junkie who stumbles onto this thread:

If you want to take drugs regularly there's a very simple method to avoid tolerance and withdrawal:

Have a drug rotation schedule so that individual substances don't build up in your blood stream.

I take anti-anxiety drugs daily to neutralize my frequent stim abuse, and I have never gotten physically addicted or had withdrawals that felt worse than a minor alcoholic hangover. And even those moments of 'withdrawal' were solely due to little knowledge of what I was doing.

You gotta alternate that shit bro:

Week 1: Benzos
Week 2: Kratom
Week 3: Booze
Week 4: Pregabalin

I rotate weekly and reset every month. If a certain drug isn't working as effectively at my standard doses, I mix it up by adding more variety like:
- Gabapentin/phenibut instead of pregabalin
- Opioids - though try to avoid because street shit laced with fentanyl analogs will kill you lmao
- GHB - and take it easy with this one. also kind of hard to find for regular use

You can also add non-psychoactive supplements SUCH AS:
- L-Theanine
- Ashwaganda
- Herbal Tea
- Pure CBD
if you want that full relaxation.

I mean there are hundreds of substances that can annihilate your anxiety and there's a good chance you have easy access to at least dozens of them and don't even know it:

But you must always do your research, avoid cross-tolerance, and if you start to feel hooked, switch to another drug.

In 2020, there is so much variety thanks to jew pharma and high IQ neckbeard chemists cooking in their mom's basement, so you can abuse as many drugs as you want without creating a physical dependency SO LONG AS YOU SELECT THE RIGHT ONES AT THE RIGHT TIMES.

But just to be clear, all I'm saying is that you will not have a PHYSICAL dependency on a SPECIFIC substance.

If you do this, however, you will for sure become a poly-substance abuser and destroy your brain and body. And your looks too. And if you smoke meth and crack like me you will surely be dead in 30 years MAX. So far, I've been doing this for 3 years and nothing has really changed for me yet but I expect that it will.

TLDR
If you're trying to looksmaxx, don't take any drug only nootropics
If it's over, then you can and should abuse as many hard drugs as possible by alternating them every week so they don't build up inside you

Is Kratom and Phenibut safe or will they looksmin you?
Kratom is a risky looksmin. It might do nothing, or it might give your skin a greenish tint and make you lose eyebrow, scalp, and beard hair and maybe even your teeth. It's bad for your overall health and stresses your body so if you have bad genes, that is a guaranteed path to premature aging. It will aggravate shitty skin problems like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. It might be even trigger dormant skin problems you never even knew you had. But most of the risk comes from there being almost no scientific research on it.

Phenibut on the other hand doesn't have any reported effects on skin and hair. And it's a vasodilator, so it might actually improve your skin. The risks are mostly related to the brain. The withdrawal is similar to the xanax withdrawal OP was talking about. It will make you dumber in the long run and once you stop your brain will be unable to manage anxiety by itself. The only looks-related risk is like any other drug or medication: if it hurts your digestive system, your looks will get worse. But that usually only happens after years of frequently taking huge doses.

I will never take downers because of this. Obviously they are not all as bad as xanax and other benzos, but I dont need anything that is going to make me feel even worse and more suicidal in my normal state. Benzos are the wrath of satan. Good luck with your withdrawal son

fuck seems like there are no safe drugs

Kratom is out of question now

So phenibut will brainmins you even with moderate and unfrequent usage?

Benzos (xanax for example) and alcohol are the two only drugs where you can DIE from the withdrawals alone.

Ive been doing benzos for a month almost every day
No withdrawals yet

If you are young you may have ADHD,or just order ADHD medication anyways (like concerta, ritalin, adderall)and they will get you distracted and you will feel much better and be more productivd

Ive been doing benzos for a month almost every day

xanax is different from benzos because its withdrawal is severe. Yes if u are doing it consistently then u dont get withdrawal lol it happens when you quit it. And you quit sth like xanax cold turkey then u might suffer a lot.

Ive been doing benzos for a month almost every day
No withdrawals yet
if you have been doing them everyday, how are you going to experience withdrawal or know if you arent growing dependant?
not telling u what to do but i suggest taking a break, if you cant do it then u need help asap before it gets worse

>anxiety meds

Well yeah, if you go further away from the normal anxiety level and go back to it, the hit is harder. Me and most of my homies have anxiety problems and meds have been lackluster at best. Xanax is a meme by now though, surprised you took it, OP.
