I've just been doing bicep curls with dumbells at home and my arm is a lot bigger now compared to before. A natty gymcel at work even commented on that my arms have gotten bigger.
Like when you're on Testosterone it's motivating
Because you actually see results then you wanna keep lifting Weights
But if you were natty lifting it would just feel so pointless n to no avail because your bicep muscle wouldn't hypertrophy no matter how much you lift dumbells.
I see some natty gymcel at work who's been lifting weights for 2 years and his arms look completly average as if he were not even lifting.
