I regret titrating Reta too quickly

I increased from 2 to 3mg weekly now I have 4mg left I’m running out of needles aswell I think I might just inject 4mg next week

I’m feeling the side effects now I feel like throwing up

Normally your supposed to stay at same mg for a couple of weeks my original plan was 1mg a week

im at 14mg a week and dnp 1g a day

I didn’t have results until 4mg tbh.
I think DNP is possibly better, all things considered.
