I go through a gallon every couple of days. the doctor literately said to tone down on the drinking
I drank a shit ton of milk during childhood and grew to be 185 cm at 14 years old. I drank drastically less since then just from having a different overrall lifestyle and food habits and grew like a cm per year since then, currently 18. Of course I had an early growth spurt and I'm not gonna act like I would have been 200 cm rn if I kept on drinking milk but still there is a somewhat correlation between behaviour and result.
I was 5'11 at 14 I had a super early growth spurt and my doctor said I would be 6'3 max sadly
There are many people with worse fates out there.
