She hated me but at least to some level cared for my feelings. She had told me to just focus on my career, start working as a teacher like she did and abandon my vapid goals. It was rly hard for me to understand what she meant back then but looking back at it, it was just tough love.

Ofc i wouldnt listen to her bcause i was stubborn as fuck and she sounded harsh at the time. Then i met another one who was constantly pushing me towards being ambitious, only to ghost me and then i ended up simping for her again. Ambition is a bad thing to have, the more you pursue the more you suffer.

I just dug my own grave ig, i listened to the wrong person. I took the forbidden path and lost. But ofc, we always listen to the people who tell us the things we want to hear. My old crush had warned me about this thing: "its gonna eat you up from the inside" she said. Why do i have to be so naive???
