overall it looks like bone structure issue, the mandibular body isn’t perfectly symmetrical and the same applies to her cheekbones, although it isn’t very severe and she still looks overall not bad and kinda cute tbh. It’s hard to say “what causes” asymmetry because it’s extremely common and considered normal when to a small degree. If you have a perfectly symmetrical face you’re an anomaly. Typically if your jaws grow crooked, it will influence the rest of the face and throw everything else off.

some sort of maxiofacial / orthognathic surgery would be her best bet to try and achieve a more symmetrical appearance. Plastic surgery isn’t gonna do shit. She needs her bones rearranged to fix the issue

I have same exact thing

It's due to asymmetrical jaw while face is devoping and one side of the face is smaller than the other

also slight underbite and overall bite asymmetry caused by jaw

invisalign fixes everything except the slightly smaller jaw and cheekbone

just get fat fillers and a ramus implant for that

end.
