Went to the lookout the other day and spotted a couple of them, went for a neet-freedom weekday nature walk today and one was parked there eating from his miserable bowl After the stress of constantly dealing with the public these wagies are so desperate for just a moment of privacy that they resort to hiding in their tiny little cube car during their allotted lunch hour Poor poor wagies.

Probably a lot of truth in that. Or they are filming Youtube Videos, just lol if all your YT videos are filmed from you car. There is also a third explanation I believe to be true based upon personal experience, they are waiting for someone with a nicer vehicle than them, like me, to return to their vehicle, so they can pull out of their car space 3 seconds before me, obstructing my quick exit from the parking lot, and that they get a passive aggresive buzz from doing this.
