Im sorry bro, ive been on and off of this community for about 4 whole years due to strict parents. And ive not been able to achieve anything due to their skepticism. I just wanted to finally get back and do it myself before it’s too late. Thanks for the help though!

If you haven't been able to do anything that's on you bro, take accountability. If you say you need to lose weight then that's your problem, not your parents. As far as the transformation, it honestly just looks like they lost weight through a cleaner diet, which then leads to better skin since you eat better food. Leaner + good skin + angles and maybe lash serum/minoxidil if you think you are hairless. That's it. Loosing weight is 90%. Good luck G (y)

Nah I get what you mean. But my parents have quite literally forced me to be fat ever since I was a kid because I was borderline anorexic (around 6-7y) and ever since then I’ve gained quite the weight, it’s not a lot but it’s nothing easy to get rid of either. Thanks for the advice man, I appreciate it

@powerliftercoco ive been on a 1,500 calorie deficit this whole week, walking 20k steps daily too, do you recon any supplements that I should take and foods I should seriously avoid?

Nah that looks good, don't overcomplicate it right now. Track your weight and make sure it keeps going down on a weekly basis, even if it's just a little bit. Once you plateau decrease food or increase activity. That's it.

Alright but, what type of food should I be focusing on tho? I avoid rice for the most part and try to take whatever is protein or potassium but I can’t cover everything with my deficit which is why I thought supplements would be the wiser choice

Nutrient dense foods.

Beef, eggs, all kinds of berries, leafy greens, avocados, salmon, sardines.

Educate yourself regarding this topic, there's too much info to cover. Everything can be covered with diet. The only supplement I can recommend is Vitamin D3 + K2, we don't get enough sun.

Everyone is hungry during a dieting phase, it's not easy and will never be easy. But if you eat nutritious food at least you don't feel and look like shit, and your only problem is hunger.

I’ve got the sun part covered cuz I’m residing in the Middle East, but I think I’d like to prepare for more bone density as I lose weight and fat
