And I felt much taller after, made me feel better about myself
Only thing is that I put it all around the heel area and it kinda hurts, I hope this isn't very bad for my feet or smth JFL

6'1 but I have back problems and sometimes shrink to almost 5'11 flat, I think it's cause my spine isn't decompressing properly at night sometimes or if I hunch over for a while then it compresses itself, I feel it in my lower back
Today I had a bad height day, even in my 4.5 cm shoes I was just a little over 6 ft so I shoved toilet paper into my shoe to be 6'1-2
