I have overactive bladder syndrome which means I have to piss 8x every 10 minutes or so. I take zolpidem every night so I can sleep
Today I tried it without zolpidem. I managed to sleep about 8 hours I think, but my sleep was extremely fragmented. Wish I wasn't sick as fuck, I hate my genetics.
I mean I'm prescribed zolpidem and I need it so I can sleep. Zolpidem isn't that good tho coz it fucks with your REM sleep, which means your sleep will not be nearly as deep as it would normally be if you took it to fall asleep, which means you'll feel tired after waking up more than you usually are.
