So I was cutting pretty nicely. 200g of protein. Little to no carbs. And low calories. Basically I lived off of canned tuna, eggs and protein shakes. My body showed difference after 1.5 week. My face also slightly. Today I felt like utter shit. Not really hungry. But I just didn't wanna prohibit myself to eat a Lil more. So I ate a Lil more. Felt Hella good ngl. I feel 10x better. After so much cutting, giving urself some room for less deficit. Feels 10x better than eating everyday maintenance. It makes life better. And the cut more enjoyable. I am defo jot done cutting. I'll cut more but a lil slower than past week. Where I had a pretty bgi deficit. Although I didn't lose muscle and only fat. It just felt shitty. I had loads of supps btw. So no health issues. But still it felt shitty. 500 cal deficit is where I'll cap my cut at. After 1 month I'll slow it down more to 500 cals. My cut for now is 700 to 800 cal deficit. It was 1k plus beforehand. Didn't lose muscle cuz U ate only protein jfl.
