I so confused about my hair gtfih and help

Ok so it was straight my entire life then a few months ago its got rly curly its called puberty curls they look good but sometimes it look weird some days its way more curly then other and its rly long now AND IM SO TORN
Ok so I need a haircut but idk for a few reasons
-im balding
-idk what to say (never had hair like this)
-hair different everyday so idk how any one cut would look
-idk if it would look better or worse
Also there a part of my hair where it parts on my forehead and you can easily see my big ass receding forehead so idk im so stuck on it idk what to do anyone know ways to get haircuts suggestions in rly rly ugly but I dont want a fucked up haircut aswell
