Each week I spend an avg of 11-16 hrs on my phone
I’d say YouTube takes 70-80%
TikTok another 10%
And then IG and misc another 5-10%

including org

Is this bad?

TikTok sure but YouTube I learn so much info on there that if I delete I’ll lose it
Plus I wouldn’t know what else to do besides watch Netflix and vidya
