I literally did this to a Kazakh FOB student at a bank in my small city. I was waiting for one of the tellers, so was she. The teller bitch asks me out loud: 'Excuse me? Do you have a problem?' 'No.', I said. Then upon realizing nothing was gonna happen - and the security guard spoke zero English lol -, she storms out of the building.
