I took the Old SAT and scored something that correlates to a 108 IQ. I started doing Dual N Back, but I'm having issues with it. I have yet to score 80-90 percent consistantly on Dual 2 Back. I've tried to move up and do Dual 3 Back, but I couldn't do it all. I'm going to try do like 20 rounds of this game a day, and move up on N when I can do 10 rounds consistently at 80-100 percent. I'l also incorporate regular exercise, like HIIT sprints and weight lifting, diet optimization and include No Fap and possibly Nootropics.
This is likely just cope, but I'm just doing it anyway.
