I started growing again at 17?

For 2 years,i was under incredible stress at the gym,lifting heavy weights every single day. my diet was terrible too. for the past 2 months,i stopped lifting weights and avoided heavy exercises. now,the only things i eat are raw milk,3 rare ribeye steaks every day,raw liver,raw eggs and 100% orange juice.





two months ago,there wasn’t much of a height difference between me and my 182 cm friend,since i was 187 cm. but yesterday,he invited me to train,and when we were in the locker room changing,we looked in the mirror and stand next to each other straight and he fucking dissappeared i brutally mogged him

hes a blackpiller and knows about these things. he told me my biacromial width increased and my height grew at least 3 cm. we measured our height with a meter,and im 190 cm now… IS THIS A JOKE?! WHO GROWS 3 CM OF RAW HEIGHT AFTER 17.5 YEARS OLD IN 2 FUCKING MONTHS?!


then i looked in the mirror and actually noticed my arms got longer,and my ribcage grew bigger too. im such a mogger right now I cant fucking believe this..my dopamine is on the roof right now
