probably just good aging genes. my mom looked really young at 40. or maybe waking up at like 3PM so i never see the sun. i also avoid alcohol, eat well, stay in shape, etc. but i dont have an anti aging protocol or anything like that.

It's just that they can put things onto your radar for further investigation. But if some one doesn't look much younger than their age, it's safe to ignore what they have to say, they're probably an idiot.

I've found wikipedia is also useful for explaining biological concepts and theories, that help you better interpret studies and ideas.

Steroid use accelerates aging. The more steroid use you use, the faster you will age. Mild use will accelerate a mild amount. I can't give you a number of years lost, but there is a biological trade off between growth and repair (anti-aging) that's mediated by testosterone and other hormones, so when you add extra testosterone you accelerate aging.

Most people have different values and goals, and balance them how they see fit. I personally don't use steroids.

Other questions you might want to think about:
- How old are you?
- When do you see Ai having a high probability of having solved aging?
- Who do you think will be too old for those treatments?
- Are you going to use cryo-preservation if you can't make it to full anti-aging? If so, are you willing to move to and spend the last decade or two living near a cryo-team? Can you afford cryo?
- What are your goals in life?

So basically, think about what you want out of life.
