5-6 is faces you encounter daily life once in a few months depending on your location

6-6,5 is very rare,
The faces you see maybe 1-2 time a year in metro areas like NYC and London.

6,5-7 is super rare which you probably see once in a lifetime

7+ is ultra rare,
You probably won't encounter it in your lifetime
