Both in the case of being tall and having low blood pressure what you are experiencing is that the blood does not reach the brain fast enough when you stand up so you for a few seconds begin reaching hypoxia (i.e. no oxygen for your brain).Idk what my blood pressure is but I am 6’1 so that may be why
