If you do 1 hour callisthenics / 30 mins low intensity cardio 6 days a week like I do currently, you feel shit on a no carb / low carb diet.

Your muscles need glycogen. I literally feel so much better and perform better after starting consuming a moderate amount of carbs along with my proteins.

Low carb is for losers. Getting bloated from carbs just means you’re subhuman anyway.

I do it mostly for dopamine. That’s why I do callisthenics and not lifting. I think lifting is hypercope unless you roid.

Ideally I would monkmaxx and just dopa detox, but it’s not an option atm sadly

I see people who say they eat 0 carbs and just meat all day, makes no sense to me. Probably larping to try and seem different.

Carbs are a must, just need to make sure it's healthy carbs.

i just eat eggs cheese butter snd vegetable somwtimes

Just do OMAD and eat whatever you want for your one meal.

It's the most mogger diet for leanmaxxing, yesterday I ate pizza and ice cream and my net calories were 1800 for the day.

How many carbs do you eat now
150-200g/day

I get most from non-starchy vegs and whole grains, albeit I will have a soda or an ice cream or something like that as well

I got 120g yesterday

(70g of it was from protein shake I made with the ice cream + milk + whey protein).

I tried this and it was fucking horrible, hungry as fuck 4 hours later and couldnt sleep for shit

I don’t think I could do it either. I like to eat more small meals throughout the day

You get used to it after like 1 week and stop being hungry outside meal time, just like everything your body needs to acclimate.

And in regards to sleeping hungry I eat my one meal at 8pm so I'm not hungry when I go to sleep.

My focus is insane during the day, studies show fasting increases focus and alertness. I also drink energy drinks during the day and lots of water so I'm not hungry.
