If you do 1 hour callisthenics / 30 mins low intensity cardio 6 days a week like I do currently, you feel shit on a no carb / low carb diet.
Your muscles need glycogen. I literally feel so much better and perform better after starting consuming a moderate amount of carbs along with my proteins.
Low carb is for losers. Getting bloated from carbs just means you’re subhuman anyway.
