And nothing changed with my skin

It's all about diet and hormones

Stop wasting money on useless skin products
 
For it actually has some effect. Not much tho

I stopped like week ago

And my skin actually seems a bit better than earlier

I've never had any acne, only some pimples after eating goyslop
