2 years of training, then stopped for 4 months already and stopped dieting

i lost a lot of my body’s definition but i literally look better, im not a muscular defined guy i once was but i definitely look a lot more masculine

not to mention my test literally skyrocketed back up and them morning woods are going so crazy

Same tbh but just due to leanness and eating less/ more quickly satiated

With a naturally decent diet I'm more cut, and actually feel pretty strong when I went back

A break is good but it's better to just lift really hard 3x a week to keep it maintainable and maximize recovery.
